Not receiving secondary verification code (solved)

I'm trying to return to DFO.

However, as I start the game, it requires me to do a secondary verification, but the code never reaches my email.

I've filed a request on Neople DFO website, besides that, is there anything else I could do? Thanks.

update:
Customer service of Neople DFO transfer the account to a new email address (since my previous email was, not working properly).
They do require a screenshot of transaction, to verify the account ownership.
