support takes only a day on average to respond but thats about the only way to get rid of a ban, though it takes longer to get though to them due to low staff members of which u can count on 1 hand who can understand/speak english and i doubt those r part of the support team or does the support tickets since its confirmed 1 of them is an event designer and another likely is part of its art or music direction so they tickets resort to botted response initially
their automatic system has been acting up mor and mor lately with recent patches and definitely needs some fixing now that even a famous player ended up getting falsely banned last week https://www.reddit.com/r/DFO/comments/aodqn7/account_blocked_by_administrator/
