Help me spend CERA

Ok... so, as the title says... what should i buy with CERA?
What would really give me some advantage?
Im prety new, playing for 2 weeks i guess, but im playing a LOT of this game, any tip is welcome :D thanks!

In my own personal opinion, outfit-packs (summer, samba, etc.) are most worth it because they have a bunch of useful stuff + awesome outfits.

You usually get a pet, title, aura, outfit, clone-set, and some extras you can sell if you don't like them.

And i was looking for some advantage or something like that!

What is a clone-set? e.e
This things you said i can sell if i dont like, can they be sold on the auction?

After maybe after feeling looking good and feeling good with one of the DLC packs or samba/summer packs, I'd get the owl its 90 cents and cna open your chest anywhere in town and in dungeons instead of walking back to seria's room, buy some chest and vault upgrades for more space! I think the events gave away 1-2 inventory expansions and 2 is the max so w/e. Those are whats most useful for me right off the bat.

Clone set is a set that copies the look of avatar-outfits you wear but give you stats and the shirt-piece gives you +1 level to a skill you choose. (be sure to choose the right one, list here https://www.reddit.com/r/DFO/comments/3m9574/recommended_avatar_stats_for_each_class/ )

Titles give stats, Aura give nice boosts usually elemental damage and +all stats.
Some pets give crits or +skill level but current ones give +attack.

Some of the things that come with the pack can be sold at the auction for gold. Like: title-box, aura-box, pet-box.

You can check on the site everything that comes with each outfit at the "sales" tab

There's a new package every month or so with new stuff in it.
If you go to "sales" and check the past ones you can get an idea of what they're usually like.

Which of those packs is recommended? With the best things and etc...
Also... if i chose lets say a title... wil that title be unlocked for all my characters or only 1?

Usually it depends on your class and how much you care about little differences, but in my personal opinion (or maybe because i'm a F.Spitfire who NEEDS +1 grenade mastery) i prefer pets with +1 skills.

The summer one looks good but, pets from it not so much, titles not the best but good as a start (or for high-cooldown-skills class), aura is very good.
And like i said, you could keep what you like and sell the rest for gold, save the gold up and buy the next pack's pet or title box on the market :)

The summer outfit itself is pretty nice too (except the hat on some classes i guess lol) but you can mix it with others later using the clone set.

I'd say it depends on your personal choice.
You could wait and see what next pack has. But if you like the summer one you could get it.
And the samba pack is going away tomorow so you could check that before it's gone.
