Vagabond looks fun, love dual daggers!
assassin main from blade and soul KR.
but I played paladin/knight in black desert and that was fun too.
so an event character is made to coinside with an event, curret one is the Level Maketh Man event, the event character is the only one that can earn the currency for the event. however it seems ANY character can spend it to get the gear, and there is conflicting info on if your character is deleted at the end of the event or not.
the thing about getting the currency is you picked a level to get to when the character was made, if you make it you earn some of the coints (the higher the better, and you do get all the goals before it as well.) and you can change the goal five times, but only to a higher level. so if you say lvl 80 and you dont think you will make it, you cant bump down to 60 you are just s.o.l.
here is the link to the event page where this all is.

sorta feel like an idiot for not figuring it out sooner.
You can only make ONE event character.
you seem to have not seen my second post, there is a little more to it than that.
Idk I made a thief- rogue im pretty sure,
starts out with a jumping attack
Rouge is fast Arial attacks and beyblade spinning. Shadow dancer is purely an assassin with throat slitting heart piercing from behind. You can change sub classes any time upto lvl 49 so try them both out!
