Slow Download Speed Issue.?!?

Anyone having the same issue? Slow Download speed like 10kb/sec~15kb/sec?
i tried testing out downloading Rise of Tomb Raider on my Steam and other games, all of them Download at the speed of 1mb/sec, not sure what's the issue with the DFO Client. i tried Changing both my ipv4/ipv6 to GoogleFree DnS and a few other DnS as well, none of them changes anything... as Last Solution i tried using my Premium CyberGhost VPN and redirect it to U.S. nope. it's still the same old slow speed... not sure how to fix this... If anyone have a solution pls do let me know. thx in advance.

I have 200 mb bandwith with stable download speed at 24.8 Mb/s... but DFO client always download under 2 Mb/s... so, yeah, ♥♥♥♥ the other 22.8 Mb/s that DFO never use to download, i guess at least i can watch youtube at full hd without having to worry about the dowload speed of the DFO launcher ever getting slower, i mean, even slower...
GUESS THIS IS THE KIND OF THING THAT MADE THIS GAME SO UNPOPULAR IN NA AND EU
