As a note: The divide applies mostly to late game content. I can tell you that thus far in my experience (up to about 60 or so) it hasn't made a huge diffrence. There are diffrent things to focus on in equipment based on each. IIRC the Fixed classes want independent attack and stats, while % classes care more about the attack rating of the weapon itself.
Again, it doesn't seem to matter that much until endgame apparently.
Aside from that, most of these make sense to me. Thanks.
Dont have to worry about gear at level 60 lol. Just use the m seals the scenario quests give u and ether get the growth haliberd or rent one from neo prem..
Even when you hit that level, the only real difference is with how mandatory reinforcing your weapon is.
Also, most of a % classes basic skills (Lancer's basic 'stab this way', 'toss guy' and 'upper cut' for example) are Hybrid, so that you always have some effective basics at your desposal. (At least that's how it looks to me.)
The other diffrence tends to be that with really top teir gear (for your level bracket) a % class can have a wider spread of abilities and still devistate in a couple of skills, while a Fixed class needs to have a skill up to date to be able to clear whole rooms in 1-2 skills. (Lancer/Vanguard experience vs my FGunner/Launcher experience. Having a new weapon meant vaporizing people with whatever I used vs vaporizing people with whatever weapon I like on my most up to date attacks.)
And at the end of the day, it's mostly an endgame concern anyway. 'Find what you enjoy, work with it.' seems to be the order of the day here. I like it.
Say it louder, people seem to forget that this is what the whole point of any game.
