Anyone getting this message on the character selection screen? It's driving me crazy. I tried reinstalling the game, reconnected to the wifi, rebooted my computer and nothing happened.

And clearly I have internet connection because I'm writing this and I was watching youtube waiting for the game to launch.

If this is actually in-game then it’s some sorta weird bug since a year bck, just change channels or character as soon as u log in

Wasn't that related to vmware or virtual box? 🤔

If not, try some VPN just to make sure its not your network connection.

I had the same problem, to solve it you need just shove the cable with net into you computer,cause this game don't like wifi connection

i'm on wired and get the same issue, i bet it helps tho
