Is it ok to use Xpadder or JoyToKey? Scared of getting banned here.
The game doesn't detect the LT and RT button trigger on the back of my XBoxOne controller forcing me to use those program if i want to use those button. I am afraid of getting banned so i would like clarity on this, preferably from the developer.

I don't PvP if you want to know.

So it has controller support I don't have to cramp my hands because I'm honestly thinking of dropping this if I can't use a controller :/

This is how I setup xpadder and it can detect all of the buttons, triggers included.

pretty sure u wont get banned, there r multiple case of people using external programs to facilitate controllers and i havnt heard of anyone getting banned from it or at least if they hav they never mentioned it, though the vast majority uses the default keyboard anyway

Yep you won't get banned for using xpadder... I've been playing DFO like that, even when nexon had ahold of it around 2009 or so.

Yeah but during Nexon days if you mentionned Xpadder or JoyToKey or whatever other similar program on the forums, i heard Nexon would ban you, well thats the horror story i read around.

lol, yeah it sounds like a rumor someone cooked up. Support was horrible & practially never occured. The forums were practically dead too (when it came to staff responses).

But at any rate, we're not dealing with Nexon at all anymore... Neople runs it now :)

The real source of your issue is the triggers are only recognized on direct imput controllers. Most console pads are x-imput by default. I have a logitech that works as both with the flick of a sitch. Dig around in the controller software settings to see if you can find the option.
??? where do i check those settings? I not exactly a tech expert so i don't know everything.

There's no need to do any of that.

This is how I setup xpadder and it can detect all of the buttons, triggers included.
