What is the best female gunner subclass?

I want to go solo fo the most time. I`ve went into launcher, but changed to spifire. Not yet at awakening. I have been thinking `bout changing to launcher again for the awakening. Any tips?

There is no best subclass in my eyes, it's all about which playstyle fits you best and which one you like most.

play which 1 u hav the most fun with, end game is massive amount of grinding so if ur playing a class u dont particularly like but is just simply mor viable then ur gonna get bored fast

fyi, f spit and f mech r the better f gunner subs with f spit being consider 1 of the best dmg dealers in the game

Just one question: Can I somehow get Claymore as Launcher or not (that is the most critical aspect)

claymore, as in the spit's skill that sets up a laser security mine? no thats not possible, u cannot get another subclass' skills, the only exception is steal skills but that was discontinued extremely early on like even before nexon hosted dfo bck in 2009 so only a select amount of classes even has steal skill as an option and its not even from all classes either and while gunners do hav steal skill options, spits steal skill option is freezing bullet

tbh the terms classes and subclass is a bit misleading since the classes themselves r actually fully fleshed out characters with their own backstory and personality and such instead of something defined by their weapon types or style of combat, it would be more accurate to call them characters with classes/paths/jobs instead with (base)class with subclass as that carries the connotation that the subclasses r in a way connected and or maybe intermingle with each other as they're diverted from a single class which while is partically true as each subclass is diverted from a single base class they however remains as completely separate content that does not overlap with one another in any way outside of the aforementioned steal skills

fyi, even if u can get the skill it would remain nearly pointless on a launcher as it doesnt fit into her kit anywhere nor does it even do much dmg and claymore is actually a relatively new skill given to spits during a revamp several months ago replacing their original version of the skill

Do the awakenings actually change the aesthetics of the character?

the 2nd awakening comes with some "cosmetic" changes

if you want to look fancy you can for example buy whole outfits in the auction house
usualy cost from 30mil... or spend real money to get it

both advancing into a subclass at lvl 15 and 2nd awakening at 75 comes with minor cosmetic changes like turning mslayer's eyes glowing red, gaining a colored aura, smoking a cig or even just a stance change, it depends on ur subclass but if u wanna completely change ur outfit u hav to use avatars either from buying them from other players as packages or though the AH or using cera and rarely does neople give out free avatars from events though they did allow people to buy a snowman suit avatar for new years using in-game currency

PS: due to exchange rates buying packages using ingame gold can be expensive since they can be anywhere from 25mil to 40mil depending on the contents of the packages themselves but since the packages always contain mor then just the avas u can sell the other stuff to make some money bck and sometimes there r "lite" version of the existing packages on sale which only contains the avas and/or maybe 1 or 2 mor item which r vastly cheaper then the full packages themselves
