Does it get harder
I'm Level 7 blade warrior type of character and the solo game is completely lacking in challenge, compared to similar games from Capcom and IGS, this is really boring. Does Dungeon Fighter get harder?

yes and no
it does get harder untill you get good enough gear to start having it easy again

it is not a hard game or challenging like say the (a)d&d games from capcom
or the sengoku games for SNK

it used to be kind of like those but those days are looooong gone

depending on how well u play ur character and how lvld it is
u could start run into problems at around 65-70
before that it is probably not going to be very hard

later on with more "endgame things" it basically just comes down to how good gear you have and being able to press one button after another and learn whatever boss mechanics there are
but
saders and your gear is all that matters

and you can not substitute gear+sader for skill
so if your party is lacking...no matter how good you are with the character or how well you know the boss you are not going to beat it

straight answer yes

elaborating answer; at around lvl 80-85 is when things starts getting challenging

sardonically complex answer with a hint of sarcasm and garnish of nihilism; u're joking right, not to be rude but lvl 7 . . . out of 95 and that equates to practically nothing, its not even the equivalent of scratching the surface but rather its more like first contact instead

the game is end game focus, everything is at end game and lvling process is pretty much just a formality, might as well rebrand it as the tutorial mode so there is 1 but it does lvls u up fast so u can get to the meat of the game

as for actual difficulty; it depends, most of the early end game can be rendered easy by gear but the deeper end of end game is a different story

end game gear progression starts with
  1. Assault Mode - first gear farming dungeon for harlem legendary
  2. Dawning Crevice - much harder farming dungeon in comparison for higher tier of gear known as harlem epics
  3. Tayberrs - tayberr gear and is currently the last actual farming dungeon but is hard enough that unless u party or r very familiarize with the atk and berserk patterns u're likely gonna be dying a few times if not once per run

end game challenging content starts with
  1. Anton Raid . . . actually obsolete now with the last patch and is bumped down/degraded into a a regular special dungeon so next is line is . . .
  2. Luke Raid - slightly gimmicky dungeon, most of the rewards has little use but its still the only stable source of legendary rarity cards which is a very useful resource and also rewards u with a unified raid reward material which is used as currency for other stuff, its not too hard and is doable if harlem legendary gear but requires knowledge of gimmicks and mob pattern
  3. The Beast - regarded as a mistake along with and introduced by the previous director (that they kicked out earlier this year without even a formal goodbye cuz he was that bad), its actually self descriptive, limited runs a day and week u face 2 creatures known as [beast] in succession each with HP bulk so high it literally shifted the meta when it was first implemented and each atks even under heavy defensive support buff can still potentially kill u, however its also considered the filler content before the new lvl cap and now people move away from it but it does reward u with material for an accessory set that is still considered the 2nd strongest and can be upgraded to the first strongest at lower cost then outright buying it with the same material used so its still slightly relevant despite not being a raid
  4. Fiend War Raid - actually another filler content like beast to keep the players busy before frey/prey raid, it gives materials to upgrade tayberr's armor sets into stronger version of themselves and is considered necessary for the next raid, FW is actually considered the worst designed content in the game but it wasnt actually even designed by the devs, originally china exclusive content as a replacement for not getting Beast and the devs decided to expand to every ver to keep players busy while they fixed the previous director's mistake and finish up developing prey raid that he delayed, its considered bad designed cuz it not only reverted the meta into a more strict burst meta then ever before but it made obsolete certain class designed that existed since the game first started and was a prominent point in certain classes' design
  5. Isys-Freye/Prey-Isis Raid - the current most end game content for dfo which global doesnt even hav yet but is noted to be coming soon, it changes up the whole meta again into a mix of burst and dps while also requiring high tier gear even at its lowest requirement, its considered a step in the right direction reverting the dmg the previous director, Beast and FW did, its hard to explain but heres a vid showcasing a player running it in guide mode which is a heavily scaled down vers of it as a solo mode (not actual solo mode because an actual solo mode exist and its much harder) and only a fraction of the rewards normal/solo gives and once u watch it ask urself; does it look challenging to u, gear helps but at this lvl it only goes so far and its difficulty lies more in playing around or against atk patterns and gimmicks while trying to put in dmg

Level 1-50: Everything is made of paper mâché
Level 51-80: Everything is made of soggy newspaper
Level 81-95: Wait, these things have health now?
Level 95 (around one week into playing): You will memorize the mechanics of 50+ different otherworldly abominations while trying to work around the strengths/limitations of the class you chose, and you will like it.
