But I have zero idea on how to access payment options. Just play for a long time and you'll be able to spend your hard earned cash ;p

Greetings Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting us.
We really appreciate your willingness to purchase Cera in your account.
We would like to inform you that you should be able to purchase more Cera, using Steam Wallet, as you continue playing Dungeon Fighter Online, complete the 2nd Awakening Quest of your character and reach level 85.
We hope this information is useful to your inquiry.
Best Regards,
Dungeon Fighter Online Global Support Team
I was able to buy Cera before as well. But I only bought $30 worth. Now I can't buy any. So I have no idea. But people have said they could buy cera FOR SURE at lvl 85 and 2nd awakening done.
Now I know there is this 500 $ cap per month, and 100 $ a day, I suppose when you go over a certain number of hours, or perhaps several characters with second awakening? I don't know.
But it would be nice from Neople to communicate more about the restrictions going on. Almost not a single day without having a "I can't purchase CERA" post on forums.
while steam problems is no where on my concern list, i do agree with u but steam has the lowest population for dfog, i dont even believe they exceed 5% of the total populace so idk if neople is even willing to fix some steam problems when they're so understaffed but bck to the point if u really want neoples to address this problem i suggest u bring this up with them during their next stream which just so happens to be today, ive mentioned this to people in a few threads about cera problems but has ive been busy the last few streams i hav no idea if they ever bough it up, another method is to write up a thread on nexus or reddit about it and make sure it gets through to neople since it has been proven that neoples do frequent nexus and reddit from time to time and lastly u can try to talk with this to the community managers/advisers who're basically players who play the game assigned this role as the medium between the playerbase and neople (ask reddit for who they're as im too lazy to find the list or just find them on reddit)
fb link is a link to their post detailing wut time today their stream is at
