Neople's hack victim policy
I'm an old player of DFO, and got hacked recently, there are nearly 1 billions of gold and 35K DC gone, and Neople refused to take them back, instead will "compensate" me with 1M gold pot.
You should think twice before investing into this game, the core email verification is useless, and Neople won't care your huge lose from being hacked.

K. Just a few questions: How do you expect them to take back this supposed large sums of money?
When were you hacked you are an old player but how long ago was this? Why did you have that much in the first place without spending it or protected by password? Is this situation even real? Is this flamebait? Why is your steam id that of a typical bot?

did u sign in to ur account from a supposedly neoples' website for a survey by the instructions of someone claiming they were from neople in ur in game mail?

Not replacing items that are lost due to losing access to your account isn't unheard of. In fact Valve, will not replace your items (worth actual monetary value) if you lose access to your account either.

It's unfortunate, for sure and arguably they could do a little bit more for you, but at the end of the day account security is your responisibility. Just something to learn from so it doesn't happen again.

Again how do you think Neople will restore your account? You have to understand that Neople has to keep tabs only players worldwide that have varying inventories and account values. Your telling them to track down your items and give back your fortunes/equipment but you have to understand the cost and time of it. I mean did you provide screenshots or evidence you had possession of those items? They probably get hit with fraud so thats why its just a simple 1mil reimbursement its easier, quicker, and cheaper. If you lost items thats another layer of complexity of tracking down proper stats and then updating them for the data to fit the new build of the game. I apologize for your loss and early comments (to be perfectly honest it did seem unbelievable at first) but just be thankful you got some response and compensation.

LoL Neople has 1 small server that is running the game. Do you think they have enough hardware and software to keep constatn huge logs of many active and in-active accounts? If you get hacked you are fked big time mate, so don`t get your hopes up for restoring your lost data.
