Flowcharts for VN

Flowcharts are great for building VN structure. Are there any good free online or software flowchart applications, which are good for visual novel development?

Yay! Thank you, some of them look cool.
By the way, perhaps it'll be good to place flowchart links somewhere near "Preparing a script" section of the guide. :) May be even give more attention to building flowcharts for different types of games and games with multiple choices/endings. Just my five cents! :)
