Motion Comic Tutorial?

The included help files mention Motion Comics as a Narrative Presentation design choice. Are there any good tutorials on how to implement this?

Hi, not that I know of, I saw it in the announcement trailer years ago, but I assumed it would be a way of presenting the announcement, not that it can actually be done in the game. However I imagine that if you place a blank comic sheet in the scene, cut out comic windows and move the characters behind it you can get the effect, however this seems like a lot of work for perhaps a poor result. Animating anything involves 3 times as much work.
