How can I increase the chance in the assembly? I rarely manage to bribe the senators because they rarely want what I have.

B)
How do I meet MKII?

Wie kann ich die Chance im Assembly erhöhen? Die Senatoren zu bestechen schaffe ich nur selten, weil sie nur selten das wollen, was ich habe.

Beim Assembly gab es mal zur Auswahl, dass ich die letzte Szene bereits vor dem Endboss sehen kann und dann konnte ich gegen einen Midboss kämpfen. Da mich das aber zu viel Mana gekostet hatte, habe ich meinen alten Save geladen und es erst mal gelassen, später konnte ich besagten Assembly allerdings nicht mehr finden, kann ich das mal wieder versuchen oder habe ich einfach Pech und müsste ein NG dafür starten?

Ein riesiges Problem stellt für mich das füllen der Gauge Leiste dar. Besonders in Maps wo es nur wenige Gegner gibt und kaum oder keine Geos. Wie schaffe ich es, dass ich auf jeder Karte einen Gauge Wert von 9 erreiche?

A) Risky strat. Bribe 1 high level monster. When they refuse, take the force option. You can toss monsters to feed that monster who said AYE. Toss all the NAY people into the AYE monster (Make sure the NAYs are lower levels than the AYEs you're throwing them into.

B) Press all the switches in Adell mode. She'll appear under a tree near the bottom right. Try changing the camera angle to see her. Talk to her multiple times and a fight will happen. (She's lvl 100 so make sure she doesn't kill NPCs, yes that can happen.)

C) If you beat Axel Mode you can now Magichange in Adell mode after doing another Newgame+.

D) Create a Moth or Angel and equip them with Mobility items (Shoes or Accelerators). They can move through units so you'll only need to kill if there's an enemy on the gate. Make them high level as well so they don't get blasted at higher levels.

E) Felonies make Demons respect you in the Dark Assembly raising the AYE rate. Also for every felony you get 1% EXP boost. Max is 300% meaning 300 felonies.

G) Master and Students have a higher chance of doing a team attack.

H) Prinny Day is in the Dark Assembly if you have a prinny. Make sure you have a strong Prinny. It makes it so you can only use a Prinny for the next map, but all bonuses are items. Save before going to a certain map like the first one to get some cell phones. If you don't then just reset and try again.

I) Lovers are residents on items. If your item has room and no lovers, simply have it on one character for a long time. After much use it'll simply appear. It gives certain boosts to different characters alongside a good percentage boost to all stats of that character.

J) Have a bunch of WEAK Monster Tamer with bows attack the same enemy. Monster Tamers have a Bonus increase compared to other classes/characters. As long as they're weak they can keep striking an enemy and it not die. Easy Bonus.

A) Bribing senators
Fill your inventory with cheap items from the item shop, give away everything they want, then try again. "Raise Military Funds" is a good bill to use for this due to the low mana cost. Don't try to pass it, just go back when you finish bribing. Wood golems and mothmen are the best to bribe.

B) Finding Friday MKII
Supposedly she's on top of Axel's house in Axel mode. Looks like the archer class, but completely black. It's not recommended to unlock until your characters are at least strong enough to clear Dark World in Adell mode.

C) Clearing the game / starting a new cycle
You have to do most things again, such as story stages and passing bills. You just keep characters, unlocked classes, items, and money.

D) Item world
Have a character that can move through enemies (Tink/Mothman/Celestial/Gig) and equip as many move increasing items on them as possible. Have a strong magic user or gun user to kill gatekeepers, or use skills that knock them off the gate (such as fist skills). Make several Heavy Knights for throwing as they have the longest throw range.
This should let you reach the exit quickly on each level. Killing enemies does not make the item stronger, except for Item General/Item King/Item God.

E) Felonies
To get felonies, you start by getting a subpoena from the post office (red skull). You then go into the item world of an item that has the subpoena on it (you can move it to a different item). A gate to the dark court appears on the item world level that matches the subpoena's level, and all characters that enter the gate will gain a number of felonies.
They increase the character's experience gained, makes it easier to pass bills in the assembly, and lets you buy items for less and sell them for more.

F) "I want to see the ending" bill
I think it stops appearing after certain chapters, but you can get access to it again on a new cycle.

G) How can I assign a character to someone other than a student and what does it do?
Characters that are created at the assembly become students to the character who created them. The master can learn spells from the student, and gets a very small stat bonus. Masters/students have a higher chance to do team attacks with each other. That's all there is to it.

H) Is it possible to farm cell phones specifically?
Not really, they can sometimes be found in the bonus gauge, and mystery gates can sometimes take you to a cell phone shop.

I) Lovers
They are a type of specialist that have a small chance to appear on equipment (lv1 for common, lv2 for rare, and lv3 for legendary). The character trying to create a lover has to wear the equipment and be on the map when clearing the stage. After this has been done 35 times, and if the equipment is above rank 5 (so not extremely cheap stuff), it has a chance (supposedly 5%) to spawn a lover every time a stage is cleared (again, if the character is on the map). Taking off the equipment will reset the counter to 0, and only one lover can be spawned per item. Lovers increase all stats for their class by 1% per level, and increase the effect of the innate ability for that class.

J) Filling the bonus gauge
You get the biggest bonuses from:
-Getting a combo with as many hits as possible
-Killing as many enemies as possible at the end of the combo
A popular method is to use low level Kunoichis at <25% HP (chance to attack twice), wielding bows, to get in a lot of hits.

I'll answer the questions in order:

A) You can start by buying all the cheap candy items in the general store and going into a low mana bill, then you bribe any senator with those items (their likes and dislikes are random, as far as I can tell) and once you are done, return to the HQ through the menu.
The bill I like using is the Raise Military Funds bill. Over time the senators will start loving you.

B) Once you press all the switches, a Level 100 dark phantom archer will spawn in the hub (In adell mode, she is standing on the ledge to the Bottom right of the hub map (assuming you are facing the house) But I don't remember where she is standing on Axel's map, I'm sorry. You will need to defeat her to unlock Dark world, so be prepared to fight a level 100.

C) Once you beat Axel mode, it will give you a choice of either starting NG+ in either Axel or Adell mode

D) Unlike in Disgaea 5, there is no kill bonus in Disgaea 2, so you can instead just run through the gates. So just stack your highest movement character with shoes and make 4-9 heavy knights and you should be able to run item world extremely fast.

E) Felonies are Statisticians, but they are permanently added onto your character and cannot be moved around. You can speed this process up by stacking characters into a tower and tossing 9 of them into the Bailiff gate, all of them will recieve the felonies.
Also you don't need to stack felonies onto monsters, as they can be instead magichanged onto a humanoid that does have 300 felonies and they will still get the exp bonus.
Reincarnating into a prinny will not reset your felony count. (but will remove the annoying red felony tag on the character portrait)

F) Some bills are time sensitive, the Midboss one must be passed before reaching chapter 10, and be warned, the Midboss one will be an ending and will force you to start NG+, doing all the story missions again.

G) Once a character is assigned to another, they are permanently assigned to them, you cannot change this. The benefits are the master can learn the student's spells/skills and gain a small amount of stats from the student (but the benefits of those stats are very very small and take alot of work to even get), this is very clunky compared to Disgaea 5's scroll items.

H) Yes, you can farm cellphone items by entering mystery gates, there is a chance you'll run into the cellphone shop.

I) Lovers are beneficial innocients in that they raise the stats of your character by 25% at max. they spawn on items at set levels:
Common items can only spawn level 1 unsubdued lovers
Rare items can only spawn level 2 unsubdued lovers
Legendary items can only spawn level 3 unsubdued lovers

The max is 25, and the best way to grind for these is to put 4 legendary items on the desired character, and have them be out of the base panel during map clearing. It is random when it will spawn but it'll usually take up to 30+ clears for one to start spawning.

J) Sadly there are no filler up items. The best way to raise the bonus gauge when there is nothing left on the map except one enemy and no panels, is to equip bows on 7-9 Beast Tamers (beast tamers have a inherent bonus gauge boost) and chain attack either an enemy or a geo symbol. This will eventually raise up the bonus gauge.

H) Stage 1-2 is very easy to clear (you just need to toss a Prinny), and you can get cellphones from the bonus gauge. It's also a good map to farm Lovers. Put 4 legendary items on the one tossing, and at some point Lovers should spawn (requires at least 35 battles, often a dozen more).
