How to use Rozy's passive properly?
Most of the time when I make use of it she just gets killed by some AoE enemy attack or something, and if I move her forward > Attack > Move her back I feel like someone else could have taken her spot to deal more combo damage.

It also seems to go opposite of what a gun user is supposed to do; stay in the back and outrange. Her ability requires going right behind the front lines, which late-game the enemy always can hit anyway.

Am I missing something or is it just a meh passive?

Edit: I guess I can just use more ranged units...Although I mostly revolve around tanking the front with Bone Dragon+Warriors+Treefolk.

Just to remind myself, Rozalin's passive is +20% Stats to adjacent Male allies, correct?

If so, the easiest way to benefit from that with a Gun focused Rozalin, is to have Magic based Male allies, such as the Skull.

Oh, that makes sense.

I should really make more use of a Galaxy Skull then, thanks!

Skulls and Geomancers are pretty nice choices for supporting Rozalin's typically-linear attacks. Male Spear users can benefit from her passive and simultaneously move away with Lightning Spear to prevent both of them getting nuked by an AoE. I find Heavy Knights and their higher tiers are good for this since they can help block choke-points and increase their low Base Movement, but not so much that Rozy can't keep up with them. Gunners are also nice with their Boosted Combo Attack Damage (and the fact most Rozalin users will give her a gun), but be careful that you don't eat a nasty Counter from the target.

I see, thanks for the tips!

Increasing base movement on a Heavy Knight is a good idea and something I've been doing. (Actually I do that with any slow-moving unit, except for a Bone Dragon as it wastes an extra defense slot, and most of the time I move him through lifting anyway.)

Set attack comands for your males, give Rosalin 3x accelerators and move her next to your attackers. Execute. Cancel Rosalin movement. Rince and repeat for profit.

If you want to use knee before me, then reverse the order. Have her caste it near base panel or somewhere safe. Move people around her and execute. Cancel movement orders for the people buffed. Pretty useful. And the buff boost can stack (additive though I think) with Braveheart so that's a pretty nice increase.
