what collector specialist for?
i found collector resident in mystery room what they are for?

Collector increases item rarity (to adjust rarity of items to same number and get bonus for it)

In case this isn't clear, they increase the item's rarity by the level of the collector.

In layman's term:

Say you have two legendary items; A sword and an armor. The sword has a rarity of 3, while the armor has a rarity of 2. If you put a one-point collector on, it will increase the rarity to 3, making the rarities of both items match, allowing you to get the same-rarity stat bonus when both items are equipped.
