Install Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 and 2013. If you already have it, use the installer to repair it. You can find it in Microsoft's site.

It is because the MSVCR120.dll file is missing in the game folder, if you want to fix it, see this link:

Here's a legit link for the Visual C++ Redistributable. Just download and run. It's directly from microsoft so no worries about anti virus or defender. Just need admin creds to run.
