Game not launching when I start it

Same problem, messaged bandi namco, currently awaiting a second reply. customer service is great with them so far. I tried the download above and it didnt work, also tried using the repair files inside the folder, also did not work.

So I had an issue after closing the game and reopening later in the same day, the DX11 error.
Well after uninstalling and reinstalling, it worked, but that's not reasonable.
So after a test regarding people referring to the config file, I tried something out that it worked.
After reinstalling, before launching the game, I clicked on Steam the Manage button to Browse Local Files for the game.
I copied the "config" file to backup folder.
I launched game and I compared the two, it seems the values change upon launching the game.
I closed the game, I relaunched and boom, DX11 create error came up.
I stopped the game, deleted the config file from the game install path, and replaced with the copied file, relaunched game and it worked.

Could be something worth testing out.

I found a solution for my not launching issuet:
1) On Steam right click on game>manage>view local files
2) open up the config.ini
3) Change Windowed to =1
4) For some reason my height, and width were 3000x0. I changed it to 1920x1080, change yours to whatever your resolution is.

After this the game runs smoothly in windowed mode, but still crashes if you try and change the resolution settings in game. If you steer clear of that, you're fine though.

Hope that helps someone else who has the same issue as me! :)
