can't open the game

hello guys. i have this game NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja STORM downloaded and installed but when i open the game it's stuck at Preparing to launch NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja STORM and then it's gone and i stayed at my desktop. pls help me. Thanks

dude, I have the same issue. I validated and all that but nothing has fixed it, not even restarting..

Tengo Windows 10 y me sale un cartel diciendo que no se puede ejecutar los archivos en este equipo. Alguna solución?

no te lo abre por la resolución de pantalla, pero no se como carajos setearlo, porque pongo lo de la guía de steam y es como que ni bola le da a los parámetros.

ive tried everything just about, were you able to install vcredist_arm? i could install the other 2 but not that, i doubt it would help me considering i tried everything else but still

I only installed die "64" one if i remember correctly. I definetly installed just one of those 3 clients and i think it was the middle one.
