Ultimate Ninja Storm 1 and 2 won't launch

They don't work... at all. I've tried every solution out there. Reinstall, game cache verify, running in compatibility mode, checking regedit to try and find faulty dlls, repairing directx/.net/vcredist, adding msvcp120.dll, lowering the audio quality to 44khz, tweaking the performance in Radeon, updating my drivers, unplugging my controller, remapping the key bindings, changing to windowed mode and back via config.ini, shutting down Razer Synapse, Steam Overlay, Steam Cloud Saving, running in admin mode (both Steam and the game), disabling fullscreen optimization... literally nothing works. Ultimate Ninja Storm 1 and 2 just don't work... although repairing vcredist made 3 work again so there's that.

The error code in Event Viewer is 0xc0000005... not that this helps since that's a general error code for "whelps, something's wrong with the software". And before you suggest to try contacting Bandai Namco's customer service, they don't support the game anymore.

Relevant specs are :

Windows 10 Pro 64bits
Radeon RX580
i7 5930k
16GB DDR5 RAM

If anyone likes a challenge and feels like giving it a go, you have till next week before I get it refunded and just play 'em on PS3 emulator or something.

Works for me no issues. I have a ryzen 5, gtx 970, 16gb of ram, and windows 10. I also have no tweaked any of the settings and all my driver's are up to date.

I found a solution for my not launching issue at least:
1) On Steam right click on game>manage>view local files
2) open up the config.ini
3) Change Windowed to =1
4) For some reason my height, and width were 3000x0. I changed it to 1920x1080.

After this the game runs smoothly in windowed mode, but still crashes if you try and change the resolution settings in game. If you steer clear of that, you're fine though.

Hope that helps someone else who has the same issue as me! :)
