2 player team battle?

Can you do two player team battle in this game?
If not is there any Naruto game on steam that allows this?
Haven't found one that does since clash of ninja revolution and naruto games on gamecube//wii

While you technically can't, you can select the same support to use a different jutsu on LB/RB. Storm 2, 3, Revolution, and 4 all support 2 player team battles by selecting the same support twice.

He didn't specify, so I was unsure. Plus, Revolution had a tag mode that was also not limited to having another friend locally, and instead you'd control both characters. If this were the case, Storm 4 has that.
