It does have cutscenes at the end of each arc actually. And the 25 combo missions are really easy. Neji's rotation gives you an instant 30+ combo when it connects.
"the background are beautiful with the 2.5D system with some differents areas" That's actually what I really don't like about storm 2-3-4, the open freeroam village in storm 1 is what I like the most about it, yes the story is WAYYY better in storm 2 and 3, but I really love being able to run and jump with a free camera around konoha, I was really disapointed by the fixed camera angles in the next games...
As far as anti aliasing is concerned, I personally play it in 4K to get rid of the aliasing :
