Storm 3 and storm 4 never had a problem like this, because you can just spam I guess.
More importantly, I'm surprised the devs still didn't do anything about that, even in Storm 4... It's fairly a game-breaking bug for a fighting game. At least we have the choice to go back to 30FPS I guess...
EDIT: Just to clarify, there is no such thing as "true 60FPS". I just though it would be easier to understand when explained this way.
Since I've luckily returned the title,I cant experiment more.
EDIT: Seems to run the same speed as on Ps3 for me... I think playing it in 60FPS just makes the game faster, which is good :P
So you went from betting it had the same problem to assuring people it had the same problem in a matter of 6 minutes because someone refuted your claim. I smell a liar.
