This has a relatively decent PlayStation emulator attached in it. If you need the other half i will be happy to message you. It would be better to rip your own copy of mega man legends if you still own it and make your own ROM.
Thanks so much, this worked like a dream! Took me a minute to figure out how to dump the disk, but now I'm all set, and I can't thank you enough for helping me play my favorite game (and any others that I dump) on the go!
Cheers, man, have a good one!
Either way as a mega man Legends/Tron lover i do hope you have lots of fun and enjoy the bit of nostalgia.
The save states are really nice, since trekking all the way back to Data just to save every time can be tedious.
I agree, I want a Legends collection more than just about any other game (except Legends 3, but let's not re-open that wound), but it is frustrating that pirating and emulation do nullify it a little. Capcom is still releasing Legacy Collections regardless, though, and to my knowledge you don't need to be online to play them (at least not on Steam if you turn on Offline Mode), so there may be hope for a Legends collection yet!
Idk, I'll just take anything Capcom does with Legends at this point, it's been way too long.
From one Legends fan to another, I can't thank you enough, dude. It's been fun talking to you as well, it's not often I meet other Legends fans!
Or again a PS3 title with the Rise of Generic open world gaming. Both which Legend could have done well.
Honestly I'm kinda happy Legends 3 3DS didn't happen as Honestly nothing on the console proved it could be good. I mean the only semi open games were the Zelda Remakes. A Vita game would be bad ass but song did that handheld dirty.
You use this program, amoung the emulators is a PSX emulator. You install that file and you are able to emulate ps1 games.

All that remains is getting Rom file. If we are talking pure above board you should be ripping Mega man Legends 1,2, or Tron Bon from a disk you, "own." If we aren't talking above board then Google. Ps1 roms are easy to find if you know where to look ps2 and up become slightly more tricky but ps1 is easy to run, find, and enjoy.
Although I still openly encourage buying digital License when available but then again PS3 is I think the last system you can buy it for.
