How do you exit Big Eddie's Shop in MegaMan 7????

I keep having to reset the game (to my last save point) because I don't know how to exit the shop. It's not clear at all, they don't even tell you that you can enter the shop in-game.

to be fair a cheap 360 controller is 20 moneys thats not eating food for 3-4 days and you saved up enough
and a controller IS better for plattformers and everything 2D and 3rd person games, its not a matter of opinion or preference its a fact
and yes you dont have to be a PC savvy but ESC is litereally used as a back or open menu button since DOS times I bet with you its like that in 90% of PC games that where made since PC games where made
so whatever your delusions are, this is more funny then the mirrors edge post about the right handed gamer kek

Well usually ESC exits you out of the whole game back to your desktop, I haven't seen it used as the back button in the game. I also don't have a job. And you can't say that's a fact, because like I said, I feel better with a keyboard. It might be because I grew up playing the piano, I don't know.

Few games abort on escape anymore. Escape for decades now has always meant close out, go back or open a menu.

Huh, didn't know that. Thanks for the info though, I haven't seen very many games and own way fewer.

oh but it is a fact that this game works better with a controller, you might not like it and there is always exceptions but it is indeed a fact that this game works way better with a controller and I am pretty sure if you take this to a pro level that there is no one that would do as good with a keyboard then a controller you included
and ESC opens a menu if you want to quit out it doesn just immideately throws you to the desktop and in that regard it is the function I just explained, cancel and opening the menu, its in this game like it is in every game
