How do you exit Big Eddie's Shop in MegaMan 7????
I keep having to reset the game (to my last save point) because I don't know how to exit the shop. It's not clear at all, they don't even tell you that you can enter the shop in-game.

But I've tried that. Is it a specific moment?

no you can just exit out
do you use the right button? maybe your cancel button is broken?

I just figured out that it is mapped to the ESC button. Boy, very intuitive to not show all the optional controls. The Legacy Collections don't make it clear that you can(need to) use the ESC, ~, tab, Shift, or Enter buttons. I wish they had the decency to make some digital instruction manuals like Sonic Mania, then maybe some super simple ones for the individual games. That stuff should also be explained in-game though. I think I've got things (mostly) figure out now though. Thanks for trying to help guys.

Erm... there's a full control edit option in the pause menu...

Yeah, but they don't even tell you about Enter, Shift, and Escape

They're right there in the mappings. Just change them if you don't like them?

You mean the button options or I can map something to them? Because that's no in both cases.

You can for both. The buttons for the external options, such as the configuration menu can be fixed in the options menu outside the games. The individual game controls are mapped once in the game.

Are you referring to Legacy Collection 1 or 2?

why is this even a problem???

It's really not. If he was using a controller simply pressing B would have solved his issue. If he looked over the config, it would have solved his issue. If he'd read the help section, it would have solved his issue.

Considering this is a game meant to be played via controller...

yea everything you said is right, and even when using a keyboard ESC is like the most basic cancel button in every game ever made

I'm sorry, I'm not computer savvy and don't feel that comfortable with a controller because I'm used to keyboard even if I could afford one.
