Plus, the game didn't sell all that well internationally. So I think Capcom figured it wasn't worth all the trouble.
The GBA port wasn't great to begin with but it was the only US official release. Sounds/Music was gimped and a the screen was horribly cropped that made it more difficult to play.
I wish Capcom would just release R & F but I don't know why it was excluded.
In the Megaman Anniversary Collection, Megaman Battle & Chase was a game that you unlock and that game, up until that point, NEVER saw a US release.
The exact reasons I mentioned.
Again pointing out that M&B have a sheer mess of digital distribution rights by comparison.
You say “could have” but it’s more “you wish they could have”.
But you do remember that the DLC was all in the base game to begin with right? I remember a lot of anger that you had to pay extra money to play modes that were already in the release build of the game.
