Controls of the submarine in the periscope view and hydrophone

would be very useful to have the submarine controls (depth, rudder ...) in the view of the periscope and in the hydrophone, to perform maneuvers in the manual mode.

I totally agree here, this issue is the reason I stopped playing UBOAT for the moment and waiting for this feature to be included.

- usable rudder, depth and speed interface in periscope-view
- rudder and depth control on keyboard (could also include shortcuts for crash dive and emergency surface)
