Schedule: "Free" or "Anything"

In the tasks schedules menu, what is the difference between "Free" and "Anything"?

Free essentially means off duty, guy basically just sits in his bunk or sleeps. Anything means he'll do whatever tasks he has but will go to bed whenever he gets too tired then go right back to work when he's rested.

Some people like to leave the Radioman set to Anything and then use the force rest button so that he's basically on duty 24/7 and always fully rested but will still go to bed on his own if they forget him.

Free = Forced rest at that time
Anything = Officer decides when he sleeps or works.

You can also take advantage of the game mechanics as you you can have say your radioman on for 4 hours and two free. I found that officers don't really need much more than 8 hours off a day! Mix and match I suppose!
