If fuel is a concern make sure you slow down to Forward Speed 1 and set both your leaders to the 'chief boatswain' preset so that they'll prioritize navigation over observation. This, plus the two assistants on the engines should help you achieve a 50% fuel bonus on top of the very economic fuel usage of Forward Speed 1.
i'm assuming it hasn't, since i just went to Vigo in october 1939, assuming i could resupply there, but there doesn't seem to be the option to dock. unless i'm missing something.
There is a sit stationary and charge setting which works well though.
i'm aware.
but please do read the ingame tooltip of Vigo, and tell me it isn't misleading :p
