SPOILER(??) Unique U-Boat Emblems

So while visiting random ports I have found two so far that have artists there where you can buy unique emblems for your U-boat for 1,000 credits. You have to pan the camera around the dock to find them.

So far there's one in Tobruk (double hearts with a sword through them) and one in Marseilles (an anchor over what looks to be a four leaf clover).

Has anyone found any others?

I had the bunkers constructed in Helgoland and visited afterwards, where do I find whoever makes the emblem there?

Hold on - do I need to change my home port to obtain a new emblem or can I just swing by a friendly port during a war patrol and get that paint job as a souvenir?

Edit: I docked at Helgoland on my return from patrol and did not see an artist in the uboat bunker. Hans Fischer - the supply officer - did not offer any different emblems either. Had fun walking around and exploring the bunker though!

I realized that you can obtain the emblem of your home port after changing flotilla, but this will require one prestige point it seems..

There is an artist on Helgoland, but he disappears after you built the bunker.
