I'm referring to the radioman's record player music.
This particular thing strikes me as ...i don't know what it strikes me as. I'm dumbfounded.
same question as you "why?" It is completely off scale with the other sound effects in the game.
sound control is a peeve of mine when it comes to games. especially games that are LONG and repetitive like sub simulations. This can cause hearing loss over long periods.
I was fortunate enough to convince one developer of a space sim to have a check box for the loud ac fans running as ambient noise.
but I was banned by another developer of a train sim for bringing up this same issue with frigging birds and crickets chirping. They weren't even directional....it was every where like you were wearing headphones with non stop tweeting and chirping and ♥♥♥♥ with no volume control. play that for hours with headphones on and tell me it wont cause damage.
I cant play this game with headphones on
