Dude thats a very old PC.

The only thing i can say it drops FPS is when you change the view from interior to exterior.

The rest of the game runs smooth.

And i have 5800x with 4060ti.

Yeah but even on newer hardware some ♥♥♥♥ still drops fps. mostly when you zoom out and in and the interior of the sub.

For me the game is very choppy in port and in between interior and exterior views. Just started playing. The game will maintain 100fps in extreme graphics with a static camera but go to ♥♥♥♥ once i move my mouse. Very frustrating as i play MSFS2020 at ultra settings 1440p at 70+Fps no issues..

Limiting to 60fps or 75fps should make it smoother and more stable.

Over the last few versions of the beta the game got super smooth, way less laggy than before

Have done that as well, this still results in a major dip when zooming in to interior view, to the tune of about 5-10FPS. This settles out after a few seconds if i do not move the camera, but if i start to move the view any which direction it goes back down to an unbearable framerate. Using a 7800x3d, 7800xt, 64gb of ddr5 and the game is installed on an NVME.

What helped me with performance and also temps is changing from "fullscreen" to "fullscreen borderless", so borderless windowed.
V-sync is of course also turned on.
Fullscreen was turned on by default.

My PC is a 3800x and an RTX 3060.
