Emblems of uboat

I met an artist in the port of Tobruk the other day and after that I read in Uboatpedia that:
Submarine emblems can be exchanged in upgrade mode. You can obtain command tower emblems in different ways. When you join a flotilla, the corresponding emblem is unlocked. In ports, you may come across artists who will make new emblems for a fee.

I wonder, in what other ports have you seen artists and what emblems were there?

I got an artist in Marseille. Maybe i need to visit Tobruk.

You get one for joining Kiel and one for finishing the Norwegian part.

I got one in Helgoland

Got a Polar Bear when transferring to Bergen in late 1944.

It would be cool if once you unlocked these emblems they were available for all subsequent careers.

Where on Helgoland? I have been looking all around there, can't find that artist. Do you have the bunker there yet?

Without the Bunker. He gave me the devil emblem

When was this? I passed by Helgoland at the end of 1940 and before building the bunker - did not see any artist.

There's also one in Dunkirk and since one of the latest patches you get one for the breach through Gibraltar strait mssion.

8. Brest - none, maybe different source for Pig with Umbrella
9. La Rochelle - Swordfish; for joining the flotilla
10. Marseille - Anchor, Sword and Oak Leave; artist
11. La Spezia - Donkey; for joining the flotilla through Gibraltar breakthrough mission
12. Tunis - none
13. Tobruk - Two Hearts + Torpedo; artist
14. Salamis - not tested yet

I got a pig emblem in Brest in mid 1940.

It's a standing pig holding an umbrella under its arm.
