Crew Setup for Skipper Mode
Hello,

I was wondering, how do you setup your initial crew while playing in Skipper mode?

In normal or FPP, i alwas use Skipper as Watch officer, Leader as Navigator, and both Mechanics on engines.
Then taking +1 Radioman and +1 Leader for another Watch duty.

But in Skipper mode, i kinda want to experience it similar to SH5, where my skipper has no duty at all.
So how do you utilize the only other Leader you have?

if you have him on Watch, then navigation becomes issue ( unless you do it as skipper from time to time but i want to evade that )

On the other hand, if you have him as navigator, then having only sailors on watch is not good either since their view range is not very good.

I don't do much differend.

- Captain does mapwork only
-1WO. on Watch if surfaced
-Radioman is im Watch when submerged
-Dive plan is set to 5 down 3 up (for resting radioman) Half speed ahead

To be extra sure you could assign central to seawatch, rudder and helm or assign an extra shift with 2 crew for seawatch. But it's not neccessary.

Right after ending the 2000km tour i run to Bergen, sink all Brits there, collect all prisoners and when i'm back in Wilhelmshafen the first 2 points go straight into fervour to unlock the 2 officer slots, at least one officer gets bought at the dock and the 2nd (if it's really neccessary) gets promoted.

Since automatic research is for free you'll get the first 3 improvements (potassium blankets, battery 1 and bunker Helgoland) for nothing.
