Map - draw parallel lines? move lines, circles, etc on map?

Is it somehow possible to draw parallel lines or to move existing lines, circles, etc?

Parallel, not by any tool I'm aware of.
You could use the circle for that purpose. Just draw two circles same size and draw parallel tangens.
You can click and drag everything with the mouse cursor. ;)

You can move existing points, but not whole existing lines, circles, angles. Parallel lines you just have to eyeball and draw.

The only drawing tool I really have a gripe with is the bearing/course tool which draws an offensively LARGE and dark compass image on the map. So much so that it blots out anything else you might like to draw.
