I wasn’t sure if this was a thing so I decided to just try it, I intercepted a British merchant ship and then surfaced right next to them, I was thrilled to find that I was able to to tell them to evacuate, I intended to sink the ship.

This is awesome, it’s exactly how Uboat crews operated in the early stages of the war before merchant ships started to be armed with deck guns and sailing in escorts
