Head quarters
Started a new game with the U-4 and im on my fourth mission. I cant seem to find the HQ menu anywhere. Is research not possible while playing the U-4?

It depends on your settings. You may have headquarters set to independent.
Otherwise, it should be on the drop-down menu of the big Menu button in the top right.

My man you are a life saver. Turns out as you said it's in the drop down menu in the top right, which I've never used before. Thanks for your help. Great community.
