Essential Realism Mods

Now that you've been playing a few days with the new version, what do you guys consider the must have's for realism?
We don't have to all agree, I'm interested in various peoples opinions, so let's be gentlefolk. XD
I did a search in the side but did see anything that looked promising and to be frank, steams inability to resize makes it harder for us old timers to wade through it. So please don't skewer me if this has been asked.

I'm sure mods like SPO and UBE will be mentioned.

These are all pretty nice for more realism, there is also a mod on the workshop that adds historical flags, but I don't know if I can get in trouble for linking it, you can easily find it by filtering the workshop by most popular though.

Uboat is a great game. I love it and the developers are doing a great job! But honestly, the mod developers are also doing a great job and are enriching the game with their work and passion! And I am honest that I miss the mods. You already mentioned two of them.
