No Smutje anymore

Within some progress in the campaign I occasionally lost my Smutje and I have no option to compensate that. Moral is going constantly down. Anyone having a hint how to solve that?

Same here, no smutje. I always get the " no smutje, you will moral will go down" But found no solution to this.

Crew members have biographies in details. I dismissed couple reluctant dudes and hired for example a former baker and one who had torpedo training in mil school. Look details of your men.

And schedule that smutje in crew tasks if u have detailed crew management on.

Do you mean an officer with the random trait cook or a crew memeber assigned to cooking? I sometimes get the message as well, but it seems only to be the case when the crew shift changes, so the "problem" resolves itself in a matter of seconds.
