Thanks to waiting for the today's update, I bumped into a full-blown extended version of Das Boot movie, the Mini Series which conists of 6 episodes. I am not really sure about legal state of the free online streaming platforms, but there is one which has it: vumoo.id. Awesome fun :) (if you know German a bit)

In Germany you can watch it on Netflix. Maybe in other countries too.

This is the new "Das Boot". It plays one year after the original five hour TV movie from the 80´s. Unfortunaly I only find german audio with english subtitles on Amazon UK.

Normally they synchronize german movies and series. ;) Especially series made in cooperation with Sky.

Of course they do. Here in Finland we have subtitles in every foreign movie and series and to me subtitles are so normal. I just browsed web and noticed that they are going to make 5th season to that series.
