The devs are working on full release. The devs share news with us when they hit a major milestone.

They claim it is coming out of early access in 2023.

In the past they claimed it was coming out of early access in 2022.

Not to sound ungrateful, but I hope it includes a lot of sound effects. I never played Silent Hunter 3, but I recently watched some videos on it and that was the one thing that really stood out to me. I would love to hear background chatter and the sound of water moving through the pipes during a dive.

To be transparent, there is more chatter added for the crew, but aside from that there was no notable changes in this area. I promise to look into it though, appreciate the suggestion.

To be transparent myself, I watched Wolfpack345's SH3 videos. He was using mods, but I don't know if that included audio work too. Thanks for the reply!
