The Naval Academy question.

what does the naval academy do.? can officers get new abilitys like the ones you can get when doing special missions,but more teoretical ones.?

An officer will get 250XP for each 'lesson' completed. A quick search here would have soved this much faster.

I'm in mid 1942 now and am using it to train replacement officers. In reality officers would eventually be promoted away or be transferred to other assignments so i am adding that to my gameplay. Once they reach a certain level of decorations on my boat i will transfer them off and bring in a replacement officer.
