Officers wont stop resting?
Im not sure if its cause I turned on the seafloor depth tracker mod or what, but my officers wont get out of bed uatomatically, my soundman slept for a week straight without touching his station once.
leaders and engineers seem ot be doing their assigned tasks.

any idea why he wont get out of bed? has he been replaced by a teenager?
and when I assaign men to the radio or sound station, they stay there untl they collapse from exhaustion.

"Replaced by a teenager" xD

Could you list your full mod list? One of them might be causing the issue. For me I noticed a problem with automated crew behavior when using the "all is deck gunner" mod. I even posted a warning about it in the comments section.

It didnt seem to happen before I enabled the seafloor depth tracker mod, I was just wondering if anyone knew of this issue and how to fix it right off the bat, before going into mods , however, other mods that were already active and remain active are.... (I wish there was a copy active mods button on the launcher, maybe theres a text file somewhere of enabled mods, there are also subscribed mods present that are currently inactive which might also be a less likely but still possible factor, and unfortunately I do not remember which , if any were previously active in this save game playthrough)

I don't see anything immediately in your mod list that might be causing it. Are your officers actually resting or just standing around? If they're standing around but show the Zzzz 'exhausted' tag then their beds might not be available for use because the compartment is evacuated or because the compartment is flooded?

Theyre either glued to the bed, or glued to the radio/sound station.
Everyone else seems to be operating normally resting and performing assigned duties.

I tried resetting the priority numbers for assigned tasks, no change noticed.

Are you familiar neough with the seafloor tracking mod to know if many others have seen it do that? It might have nothing to do with the mod of course

I think I heard of this issue somewhere before on the forums, but I dont remember.

You said "when I assign men to the radio or sound station, they stay there untl they collapse from exhaustion."
So maybe its as simple as..

If you manually give them an order they wont follow the work schedule & will stay doing what you ordered them to do.

If after giving a manual order, you want to put them back on the schedule,
you will need to -

Select the officer,
RH click on the order listed at the bottom left side of the screen. it's the narrow part at the top.

Hovering over it will tell you if they are performing a manual or auto order from the schedule.

Interesting, it didnt seem to work that way yesterday.

EDIT:Right clicking that seemed return him to the regular schedule. Am I being forgetful, or has it always worked this way and I just hadnt noticed? I thought if you told them to sleep, they woke up when they were fully rested and went back to automatic.

I think it has always been that way, at least as far as I know.
Some jobs like light switching, compressor will automatically go back on schedule & others where it makes sense they don't.
The officer with a manual order has a red/orange highlight too around their portrait.
