well i'm already assigned the officer to damage control with 2 sailor, but nothing change or repaired, i'm speed up time, docking to port but nothing happened, no progress bar at the bottom officer either

done all task above but nothing happened, is it bug or did something i miss
Well that's why. Damage is repaired automatically when you dock in port. That hidden flaw notification is old, just right-click it to clear it.
I came here even though post is old i came across this same problem...
I noticed this after i sunk some destoyers I docked in port assigned officers to controll room and nothing came out of it...If i click right mouse button it wont dissapear
Had it myself with a "hole in the hull" message that got stuck, except I didn't have an crew icon next to it just a white thumbnail where one should be.
There was no damage anywhere, no holes no nothing.
Had to restart a new campaign to get rid of it as pulling into dock didn't do anything.
Reorganising my mod load order seems to of helped or I might just be more disciplined with my excessive time compression/quickloads.
Either way, can't identify the cause just yet.
I myself also realized since I am currently working on modding and that it will be preferable to mod a major part of the game in dll, because I think that harmony is also the cause at some level of possible overload, because it's probably stable in some sense for small mods, but uncertain for heavier code I think. and that would be normal because adding memory that blocks memory and adding update on update at some point I think there is certainly a limit.
I am running game with no mods.
and this isn't a notification issue it says it needs be repaired over torpedo tube it just does not happen it seems.
anything and everything else I can repair but any flaws that pop up unable to repair them.
I really do think they should allow you to request drydock and then flaws get repaired and your people get to go on vacation at same time.
also as state this damage is not getting repaired automatically at port and as state its not notification its on the tube saying its damaged.
does not matter if its mechanics on board and enginer or if you have parts or if you dry dock also amount of time does not matter.
it just does not happen period.
I dont remember if there was an icon on the right sidebar where all the notifications show up. I do know those notifications can glitch out sometimes and not go away, but i dont remember if for this issue there was one there. There was also an repair icon of some sort on the hull, the area in front of the deck gun. I went up top and walked around in front of the deck gun hovering over the icon but it didnt work. I went into the sub and looked up at the icon but still wouldn't let me interact with it. I didnt want to risk having my save game messed up so i just reloaded a previous save and it went away.
