more variety of ships??

do we know if any more ship types are planned? im getting a bit bored with sinking empire bells, liberty cargo and the like. might get a tanker or 2 every so often. we all know how many ship types were in SH3 etc. are there any plans to increase this in Uboat??

All of the ships you described are primarily available in early years of the war. More variety of ships including troop carrier (LST) ships and many others in Cursed Jager's list become available later in the war.

i agree, now that youve listed it there does seem to be quite a lot lol. i just very rarely see many of them, usually its just the empire class cargo.....always same type of destroyer and corvettes that i wouldnt even waste a torp on. i think my issue is that theres only 1 aircraft carrier and 1 BB in the game. if mem serves SH3 had 5 different T-class tankers in the game. ill remain hopeful until then. cheers for the info

According to Google SH3 had around 48 ships. At least the vanilla version. I think UBOAT itself is on a good way since we will probably see new ship types in the future.

What love to see these in the future. I watched some of your videos featuring the new ships and the problems you have encountered during this process. How is going so far?

So I recently got a beta build of UBE up which is nearly ready for public release

this has opened up some time to work on ship/aircraft entities again.

Last night was the first time I got the ship project loaded in 2022.1 so I will return to the grind. Hopefully, following release we will see some significant improvements to developer support to modders in this effort. If this holds true we may see some very quick progress around at version 1.0 of Uboat.

In the meantime I will try to upload more video content and previews of me working on it.
