are the radio songs copyrighted?

If you use Klaus Doldinger's theme songs (U-96, Das Boot), these musics may be covered by copyright, however better if you use only original game theme music, expecially on Twitch

radio songs wise, its all vanilla, just the base game songs on gibraltar, only mods i use it to change gameplay aspects, not songs. So the 3 or so songs that come with giblartar, are they copyrighted?

Well, I don't think you should have any problems, no copyright in this case.

The songs are old, but the recordings probably aren't. DWS will have paid a fee to license the recordings from a music publisher for use in the game, and I'd be surprised if that license extends to free use for anyone (even players of the game) to use the recordings in streamed or YouTube videos.

the songs played on the radio are copyrighted. It's best to avoid them on a stream.

an amazing assortment of music is copyrighted. Even music that is i the public domain and is no longer itself copyrights, the specific performance can be copyrighted. Case in point: March of the Valkyries. Song itself is public domain free use. The specific performance in the game however, is copy righted by the performing orchestra. YT gave me a headache over that one.
