UBOAT is in Early Access, most ports come AFTER release, Early Access does not mean released, making a port NOW would be a huge waste of time since the game code is still gonna change probably drasticly until it's finally ready for a full release.

They said it IS gonna come to MAC, at some point, probably after release when the game is done.

But for now you just gotta be patient and wait, or go buy a PC if you wanna play it so badly, ports take time to code, because alot needs to be rewritten to work on a new system, the UBOAT devs are a small team, and are using all their time to make the game better.

Once UBOAT is released they can use their time to make a port.

Don't get offended just because you got caught, lol. It's okay to like gaming on a mac, it's not okay to flood the forums with spam. Please be mindful of that in the future :)
