OP: are you on B129?
--So tried it, once again fixed the issue of not being able to click on radioman interactions or other crew interactions, but was unable to investiage the uboat. Would get a little tab on the bottom left that said someone was investiagating but after running x32 for a few minutes nothing was happening.
Also the radio man headset button does not work properly (going back to the main menu and reload the save fixes this issue, usually).
I assume that the link between "investigate" button and the dinghy ride animation is broken (at least during this mission).
You now can send a troop to investigate the ship.
Unfortunately, you can only sink it when you engineer has the skill pioneer.
Sinking the vessel using your 88 makes you hostile to all German units.
